Social Media Manager

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and images.
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and design tools.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand visibility.
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists on social media.
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data.
  • Manage a budget for social media activities and adjust advertising spend as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative web content from a marketing perspective.
