How does South's EOR service work?

Define the role & offer: You set comp and title; we localize the package.

Compliant contracting: South becomes the legal employer and signs a local contract with the employee; you remain the operational manager.

Onboarding: We handle payroll setup, benefits enrollment, and required registrations.

Monthly operations: You approve payroll; South runs payslips, remits taxes and social contributions, and answers HR questions.

Changes & off boarding: Promotions, comp updates, and terminations are executed compliantly with proper notice and final pay.

How does running payroll work?

You pay South in USD on a simple monthly invoice (base salary, employer costs, reimbursements, and our EOR fee).

We convert and disburse net pay in local currency on the local pay schedule, issue payslips, and withhold / remit all required taxes and social contributions.

Benefits & extras: Statutory benefits (and optional private benefits) are administered locally; approved expenses can be reimbursed through payroll.

Full transparency: You get a detailed breakdown each month and employees receive compliant, country-specific documentation.
