What were the responsibilities?
This role encompassed a range of tasks related to partner onboarding, project management, and lead generation. Nataly was responsible for the following key duties:
- Streamlining Partner Onboarding:
- Guide 10-20 new partners through the onboarding process each month.
- Provide partners with essential onboarding materials, configure systems, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Optimizing Internal Processes:
- Document and standardize onboarding procedures to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Maintain and update training materials to meet evolving business needs.
- Identifying New Partners:
- Use data analysis to identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities.

Skills and Qualities:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HubSpot, Google Workspace, Asana, Stripe, and Slack. Comfortable navigating and utilizing various software programs.
- Data-Driven Communicator: Experience with data analysis and lead generation (researching potential partnerships). Able to convert data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Organized and Methodical: Able to manage routine tasks and work from a backlog. Highly organized, with a talent for creating clear procedures and keeping materials updated.
- Social Media Savvy: Understands the digital landscape and can use social media data to drive lead generation.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a marketing department.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques.
