What were the responsibilities?
This role combined tasks related to partner onboarding, project management, and lead generation. Nataly started being responsible for:
- Streamlining Partner Onboarding:some text
- Seamlessly guide 10-20 new partners through the onboarding process each month.
- Provide partners with onboarding materials, configure systems, and answer questions.
- Optimizing Internal Processes:some text
- Document onboarding procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Maintain and update training materials based on evolving business needs.
- Identifying New Partners:some text
- Utilize data analysis to identify and list potential partnership opportunities
What were the requirements?
Skills and Qualities required:
- Tech-Adept: Proficient in Hubspot, Google Workspace, Asana, Stripe, and Slack. Comfortable navigating various software programs.
- Data-Driven Communicator: Experience with data analysis and lead generation (researching potential partnerships). Able to translate data into actionable insights and proactively communicate findings.
- Organized and Methodical: Comfortable with routine tasks and working from a backlog. Highly organized with a knack for creating clear procedures and keeping materials up-to-date.
- Social Media Savvy: Understands the digital landscape and can utilize social media data for lead generation.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a marketing department.
- Experience with lead generation techniques.
