Technical Skills:
- Experience with financial forecasting, including three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Previous remote work experience with U.S. companies, familiar with U.S. accounting standards.
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of finance tools like QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Excel, Stripe, and Bill.com.
- Familiarity with data tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Fivetran.
- Experience in SaaS or e-commerce, understanding financial metrics in subscription-based or online retail.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies for scaling businesses.
- Leadership in month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Build Accounting Team & Processes: Transition accounting and finance operations from an external contractor to an in-house team by hiring, training, and managing 1-2 staff accountants within 6-12 months.
