What were the candidate’s background?
- Santiago: An Argentine professional with 3 years of experience as a truck insurance broker for U.S. clients. His primary role was to gather essential information to provide tailored quotes for commercial vehicle insurance based on the client’s business profile. Additionally, he holds a degree in Spanish-English translation and has worked as a translator and English teacher for several years.
- Lucio: Another talented Argentine, Lucio describes himself as a customer service and sales-oriented specialist. With a decade of experience in both B2B and B2C environments, he has successfully transitioned through a wide range of roles in marketing and sales. Lucio combines innovation and solid business acumen to drive results.
Both candidates were highly qualified for the role, and our client was initially torn between hiring them both. Eventually, they decided to hire both candidates and train them simultaneously.
