What are the responsibilities?
The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- Provide personalized, high-level service to Rove Travel clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences that exceed expectations.
- Utilize advanced technology platforms to efficiently manage reservations, itineraries, and client requests.
- Leverage expertise in luxury hospitality to offer tailored recommendations, insights, and solutions that align with the elevated standards of our clientele.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings and promptly address client concerns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, luxury destinations, and emerging services to continually offer top-tier recommendations.
What are the requirements?
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in luxury hospitality or a related field, with a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service (REQUIRED).
- Advanced proficiency in English, with outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- Expertise in using digital tools and platforms to enhance customer experiences.
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is highly desirable.
- The ability to thrive in a remote work environment, showing high levels of self-motivation and discipline.
- Flexibility to accommodate evolving client needs, ensuring the maintenance of top-tier service standards at all times.
