Our client offers luxury furnished monthly rentals. They combine the elevated service and amenities of a 5-star hotel with the privacy and comfort of a private residence.
We previously placed a concierge with them who has proven to be a valuable asset. Due to their growing business, they now need a second concierge to manage the increased workload and continue providing exceptional service to their residents.
What are the responsibilities?
Show capability in executing the following duties:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to Rove Travel clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and beyond expectations.
- Utilize advanced technology platforms to manage reservations, itineraries, and client requests efficiently.
- Showcase expertise in luxury hospitality to provide recommendations, insights, and solutions that align with the high standards of our clientele.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings and address any client concerns promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the luxury travel industry, including trends, destinations, and services.
What are the requirements?
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in luxury hospitality or related fields, with a demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service (REQUIRED)
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, along with outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize various digital tools and platforms to elevate customer experiences.
- Possession of a degree in hospitality management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment, exhibiting high levels of self-motivation and discipline.
- Flexibility to accommodate the evolving needs of clients and the business, ensuring the maintenance of top-tier service standards at all times.
