What were the responsibilities?
Estephany initially contributed to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, aligning them with overall business objectives. Over time, she also took on the following responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, informing strategic marketing decisions.
- Support social media, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
What was the candidate’s background?
Estephany has been working in marketing since her graduation in 2021. She studied Marketing and Advertising at the University Institute of Marketing in Colombia, her home country. During her studies, she learned how to execute targeted advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate leads, among other skills.
She worked as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator at a marketing development agency similar to our client’s business. In this role, she developed engaging content and designed visuals (using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) to drive audience growth and engagement for almost two years.
Six months ago, she began her position as a Marketing Assistant with our client. Since then, Estephany has not only met but exceeded expectations. Her salary has been increased multiple times due to her exceptional work and collaboration with the team.
