They were looking for a Customer Support Representative who could address customer queries on Intercom, emails, and social media. Jules helped them find Tony to take over all these responsibilities from the owners.

- Answers customer questions about the product, onboarding, and pricing over email. He responds to everyone who emails within a few hours and does it with a personal touch.
- Responds to messages and comments on social media channels.
- Writes SEO-optimized blog posts around customer queries when not answering inbound messages.
